New Cloud Server Infrastructure Operating Systems and Platform
DBM Ventures, LLC and it's Software Engineering teams and our Software Visual Creations and Animation teams have been working on developing the initial CORE Production stage implementing each and everything the Game Director (same thing as a movie director) has altered throughout our last 2 years together into the over 2,000,000,000 lines of code that will eventually coincide with the models, maps, weapons, skins, and all the other visual effects and animations that both human and technology bring to the big screen. Our interactive first person shooters will be a competitive style production with abilities to be cross-platform, cross-operating systems, both single and multi-player, with objectives each player must try to complete in order to be the group who wins.
DBMB2B is currently in the market to acquire a professional esports team and will be completely sponsored by our partner group, DBM Investors Group and Holdings, LLP. The sponsored applicant (eSports team, organization or individual entity) will be provided with $50,000 bi-yearly, travelling expenses, food and drinks expenses, team vehicles from our auto industry Partner (Tesla), Global eSports professional sports dynasties competitive invitational League/LAN Championships/Event Fees paid in full, Call of Duty Franchise Licensed Reservation, ESL, AEL, and all International and Worlds Championships eSports Competition until 12/31/2022 will be paid for to include 3 divisions of teams (including business management team) per organization, 2 Media and Press passes for their news editors, 5 network channel news and Media time slots for promotional commercials or advertisement, rental car for team travel at each destination with a 24/7 staffed driver, membership to an international gym and fitness center, and healthy focused food planners.

REGISTRATION; RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE SERVICE
You need to be at least 13 years of age and a resident of the United States to register for and use the Service.
If you are a user who signs up for the Service, you will create a personalized account which includes a unique username and a password to access the Service and to receive messages from the Company. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND COPYRIGHT AGENT
(a) Termination of Repeat Infringer Accounts. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and requires that the users do the same. Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 512(i) of the United States Copyright Act, we have adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of users of the Service who are repeat infringers. We may terminate access for participants or users who are found repeatedly to provide or post protected third party content without necessary rights and permissions.
(b) DMCA Take-Down Notices. (c) Counter-Notices. If a counter-notice is received by our copyright agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing such person that it may reinstate the removed content in ten (10) business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may (in our sole discretion) be reinstated on the Site in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice.
LICENSE GRANT

If you have a dispute with one or more users, a restaurant or a merchant of a product or service that you review using the Service, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

You agree that any cause of action related to or arising out of your relationship with the Company must commence within ONE year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
